No, not if your company car has been correctly described. The buyer is obligated to take over your company car in exchange for the payment agreed via Autorola Nederland. It is therefore important that you carefully follow Autorola Nederland's description procedure so that you include every detail. A thorough description ensures an quick and satisfactory sale, where both parties are appeased. If a car does not fully match its description, the parties generally find a solution to the matter. This will typically entail a reduction in price equivalent to the value of the error(s) in the description. If you wish to dedicate more time towards your core business then let Autorola Nederland take over all responsibility for selling your company cars.
